Quality Control

Quality control is among our top priorities together with Safety. Every job is screened through various procedures and tests to maintain quality. SCEMS is equipped with all the necessary equipments to carry out these procedures and tests.


During the rewinding process, tests are performed at each stages:
1.    Prior to dismantling the job, i.e. Static test.
2.    After stripping of old winding, Flux test is performed on core for detection of hot spots.
3.    Hi pot testing of newly formed coils.
4.    Insulation testing of coils after mounting.
5.    Various tests after assembling.


TESTING 
 
1.    Resistance test.
2.    Insulation resistance.
3.    PI test.
4.    Surge comparison test.
5.    Tan Delta test.
6.    AC Hi pot test.
7.    No load run test.
